For the last 4 years, I have worked in digital marketing and digital lead generation within one of the largest French banks. I was able to develop synergies between neuromarketing knowledge and my daily marketing tasks. When I decided to become a freelancer in marketing, I wanted to offer my experience and allow as many people as possible to mix innovative marketing technics and limited budget.

Neuromarketing, What is it?

Neuromarketing is a discipline born from the combination of several disciplines: marketing, social sciences (sociology, psychology, behavioral sciences) and neuroscience.

The main advantage of neuromarketing, compared to traditional marketing techniques, is its scientific aspect which allows to reduce the random dimension of an action or a marketing campaign and to understand why consumers make their decisions and why they prefer one brand, product or service to another.

Knowing and applying neuromarketing techniques increases the chances of reaching the consumer more effectively in order to generate interest in our brand, product or service and to encourage them to act in our direction. An understanding of the brain, neurological mechanisms and human behavior in society are the bases which allow to explain and predict the success or failure of a communication element.

My Academic & Career Path

Regarding my career, after 4 years of study, I double graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from North Carolina State University and Skema Business School.

I then continued with a year of a specialized master’s degree in marketing and data science at EM Lyon.

Alongside my studies, I started publishing articles on my readings and discoveries in neuromarketing.

Passionate about neurosciece and psychology, I wanted to use my knowledge acquired in these fields to help me in my marketing tasks during my various professional activities. This led me to immerse myself in the world of neuromarketing.
